A nice song, and Olta really is a talented singer, though in semi she looked and sounded a bit nervous (which I'm not wondering at all). But, could someone explain me, what on earth is she wearing?! And Why? "Clothes" is not specific enough for an answer...

As far as what I could gather from watching her the other night she wore an outfit (I use that term loosely!) that would blow with the wind machine. The back of the outfit was loose so it blew wit the wind machine, I would say shell use the same tommorrow night

Good luck Albania

This is really not my kind of song. It's plain and unexciting. Her voice is rather thin and failed to catch my attention. But on a positive note, I think she is adorable and a very likeable singer. Just because of that I was Albania the best of luck. But we can't all like the same song, right? Overall, I think this will end up somewhere in the middle.

My prediction: 13/25
My ranking: 23/25

Haha 17th. Even worse than Ledina and she sneaked in the semi with only three pts more than the next country. Well , didnt we all know that she wasn't going to even go near Anjeza's placing. Flaka and Doruntina would have passed it.

LMFAO, I know, it was truly laughable. Everyone got so excited when she passed to the final, only to find out that she barely made it thanks to the diaspora and the neighbor voting...

And then she does worse than Ledina and Luiz, joining Frederik in the Hall Of Shame!

Damn right Flaka & Doruntina would have passed it, they'd have been in the Top 10 and most probably Top 5. But what can you do, the geniuses at FIK and the geniuses in this website "know better".

This is one of my favorite times of the year. The biased supporters get their hearts broken as their fantasy bubble bursts!

She was amazing, i cannot believe she is so young, and her voice is already so mature, i don't understand a word of the song, but it sounds very poetic. Way to go, Albania!!

Gordon, i agree!!! The voting was particularly crappy in this year's final!!

Olta Boka was just perfect. Ending 16th ( damn why 17th?? same points with Spain and why should we lose one place ) its not to bad. I really dont want Albania or Olta Boka to feel disappointed from last night results.Passing the Semi with Albanian song should motivate Albania to send even better songs for next years. Olta Boka once again you were perfect and I love you.

She lost to Spain because Spain gathered more points...from more countries.

Olta relied solely on the diaspora and neighbors, with a few occasional ones or twos here and there randomly.

Hardly impressive at all, certainly not the big hype some people made it out to be! Without neighbors and diaspora it would've been last.

Well well.

First of all congratulations for qualifying.

And now, congratulations for a fantastic interpretation and realy good song.
This is the best Albanian song in ESC ever, for me.
She was so good yesterday, it was very emotional, I can't believe she's so young and so good singer.
I don't understand a word but it really touched me.
I was there in arena, and I was happy nobody booed to her, like some people thought. Really nobody booed her at all.
She deserved more then 17th. At least 10th or 11th.

Albania should be proud of her. she represented the country in a best way and I think she gave her best last night.

Cheers from Serbia, thank you for 5 points, I was surprised with that.

Good luck next year, and best wishes to Olta Boka in her future career

Everyone that met, saw, and heard olta singing says nice things about her :) I'm amazed how much the media supported her

Albania had bad luck singing in 3rd and especially in middle of U.K and Germany

Serbia did amazing Final show it was hot :) Congratulations

Oh please , stop trying to find excuses. First of all , both UK and Germany finished lower than Olta which proves that they were no competition when it comes to making an impact or being memorable. Just blame it in the song. It was not powerful enough to remain in people's ear even after two or three songs. Malta in 2005 performed an even simpler ballad from the 3rd position and finished second , so that shows that the draw isn't what affected Albania's result at all.Furthermore before Malta , it was Javine who sang and most would agree that her performance was more memorable than Andy's. But you know , maybe you like to believe it was the draw since you don't want to realize that we never really had good chances of getting a respectable result. Thanks to Alban Skenderaj of course.
