Hey NSC-ers

I suddenlly diceded to come back to this contest (like the 2 semis idea) and hope to get to know all of the new countries and also to have fun in a better, improved and just a lot of fun NSC I hope

So, it's a new begining and here's the new Bokian flag:

Country : Bokia
Capital : Bokitown
Population : 21 million
Language : Bokian

And please whoever is in charge of logos, graphics etc. update them with the new flag
