The biggest lake should be named after the founder of the NSC (the now inactive) Miembro Fantisima. (imo)

A thing I've been thinking on, should we agree that any nation that had signed up to debut in a previous edition but failed to send in a song never happened? Meaning they need not be acknowledged.

This includes a whole bunch of nations signed up for the failed attempts of the first edition.

Maybe they should be included in a non-canon list article though?

I love the Wiki idea and I am willing to help out.

I have a question, to my understanding there are no real rules in the NSC when it comes to picking songs. I assume that will stay the same or are there any rules we should add to keep the game going and to avoid confusion?

For instance

- Songs that were part of any Eurovision Song Contest or Junior Eurovision Song Contest cannot be used.

- A song used in a prior NSC cannot be used.

- Song submitted past the Sign up date will not be accepted.

I personally feel there shouldn't be too many rules, otherwise it gets to complicated but I would like to get an overall idea on how people feel about this. Should there any other rules be added?

Well, the rules page should include everything about how the contest works. How a country signs up to participate, deadlines, the selection of host nation... simply everything.

Great idea

The rules at the moment concerning songs btw atm are simply:

- The songs cannot be an ESC or JESC entry
- The songs cannot be from any ESC or JESC national final either

That's about it! I'll open a proper rules thread where we can debate stuff in a couple days time

It's not necessary top open a category for each country i think. For example, for Brugia: i will only make 1 page for Brugia, so no category is needed.

But good work so far! This is the next milestone in the history of the NSC!

For the sake of entirety, I like it if all nations have their own category. It's not like there's any harm is there?

There'll probably be more one-article categories. Doubly landlocked nations if Venera gets an article for example.
